Why I am running
Crowed schools. Congested highways. Out-of-control growth. Flooding.
These are a few of the issues I hope to address when I am elected to S.C. House 105 as your voice in the General Assembly.
However, these problems pale in comparison to the crisis facing our nation due to the coronavirus.
I feel certain this disease will run its course.
Unfortunately, it will leave behind a number of incredible challenges to a fragile economy.
I would like to be part of the recovery, and that is one of the main reasons I would like to serve you in Columbia. For more than 40 years I have listened to and offered common sense advice as a newspaper publisher. As the owner of seven community newspapers, I have been blessed to enjoy success as a businessman, too.
With your help, I can put this experience to work for you as a state legislator.
I ask for your vote June 9 in the Republican Party primary.
Let's get back to work!
